Position: Branch Manager (Sales Immigration)
Locations: Nehru Place, New Delhi

Job Description:

  • Has to assign tasks to his/her team members based on priority.
  • Prepare a Sales Marketing Plan and Budget for the Branch and ensure its implementation.
  • Individual contribution in branch business.
  • Upgraded knowledge about immigration.
  • Achieving monthly sales target.
  • Ensure timely submission of reports in proper formats as laid down by the management.
    Converting inquiries into enrollments
  • Achieving branch enrollment visa targets
  • To help the team to implement process to identify customer needs, assessing their risk appetite providing them investment options and ensuring highest level of service to the customer.
  • Ensure that training is given to the team members.
  • Has to coordinate with Marketing, Accounts and Immigration in case of issues related to Immigration Consultants.
  • Give projections plan for the same.
  • Has to ensure relieving formalities and other related issues handled efficiently and effectively by his/her team members.
  • Conflict resolution.

Requirement:

  • Graduation or Post Graduate in any stream
  • Excellent Communications skills English
  • Candidates with 3-5 years experience in Immigration industry will be preferred
  • Should have good team handling experience.

Position: Documentation Counselor/Case Manager
Location: Nehru Place, New Delhi

Desired Candidate Skills:

Job Description:

  • Must oversee all aspects of the Visa and Immigration Service, ensuring that the process runs smoothly.
  • Must interview all clients and deal with all applications face to face and by post to ensure that the client is suitable.
  • Must oversee the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents and ensure that they are received within the time limit set by the government.
  • Must ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal documents.
  • Preparing invoices,
  • Liaison with freight forwarders for the shipping bill,
  • Send the documents to the bank,
  • To follow on the due date,
  • Once payment is received get these papers for liquidation in the bank
  • Check draw back etc.

Job Description:

  • We need people who worked in immigration industry.
  • Provide consultation services to address potential clients’ interest in Visas, including establishing suitability of the candidate’s visa. Consultation will mainly be by email, telephone and face-to-face meetings.
  • Present and market immigration services to current and potential clients.
  • Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
  • Identify sales prospects and contact prospects.
  • Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
  • Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
  • Identify and resolve client concerns.
  • To provide regular follow up on enquiries received.
  • Pro-actively monitoring changes to various Immigration regulations.
  • Briefing various Immigration regulations changes to colleagues in the documentation team
  • Assisting with the immigration related content and distribution of the monthly newsletter that is sent to prospects and clients
  • Any other relevant duty as assigned by the Manager to assist with the smooth running of the Company.
